Gareth Malone chooses the Herring Jekyll

In Thursdays London Evening Standard, Gareth Malone was featured with the Military Wives as they filmed their music video for the new album being released in November. However this was no ordinary music video, Gareth Malone was with 650 Military Wives that made up the choir making this the biggest video shoot in history. What better way to break this world record than to be wearing the Herring Jekyll whilst doing so! The Herring Jekyll is a beautiful black and white spectator made in the Cheaney factory, Northampton. It is on the 2003 sleek last and is made using the finest black calf and white caviar grain leather.

The Harvard II is one of the newest additions to the Herring Shoes’ premium collection and is produced using the Goodyear Welted construction in the Cheaney factory. British heritage brand Herring Shoes has introduced a new style to its collection. The Herring Harvard II is a two-tone saddle brogue and forms part of Herring Shoes’ popular Premium collection. The new range is made in the well-established Cheaney factory, renowned for turning out individual styles with hand crafted finishes. This is echoed throughout the Herring Harvard II from the use of a full leather lining to the Goodyear welted leather sole, adding extra comfort, moisture management and excellent shape retention.
